IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PARENTS ABOUT SCHOOL FEES

1. The above school fees include tuition fee, breakfast & lunch, coding &robotics, program fee, insurance, first aid, co-curricular activities, including field trips. The school administration will provide details.

2. All fees must be paid on or before the indicated due date for fee payment.

3. The Nursery section will find all the school materials at school at a fee of 95,000RWF. For G1, parents will buy Cambridge books outside the school and pay 60,000 RWF at school for all other materials.
For Grades 2-12, parents will pay 35,000 RWF at school for reams of paper, toilet paper, and files. They will buy other materials, including Cambridge textbooks, from outside the school.

4. The school reserves the right to deny the child entry to the school if the fee is not paid on or before the due date. The school is not obliged to remind the parent about any unpaid fee balance. Every parent must take full responsibility for paying fees on time.

5. All paid fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

6. A 50% discount applies to the fourth child. This discount is deducted from the tuition fee only.
